On this four module course, you will cover the following subjects:
Module 1: Import requirements ??? TSCA section 13
- Jurisdiction/scope ??? persons, chemicals, exemptions;
- Pre-importation compliance issues;
- Import notification procedures; and
- Customs procedures ??? refusal, detention.
Module 2: Export requirements ??? TSCA section 12
- jurisdiction/scope ??? persons, substances, exemptions; and
- export notices ??? preparation, timing and frequency of submissions.
Module 3: Chemical Data Reporting (CDR)
- Who it is that has to report;
- What needs reporting;??
- Where the report needs to be sent; and??
- How the report should be sent.
Module 4: Reporting and Retention of Information TSCA section 8
- Section 8(c);
- Section 8(d) and 8(a); and
- Section 8(e).
